John P. Posani

John has been helping individual families, business owners, and farmers throughout Ohio help protect their family wealth, businesses, and farms through the use of effective estate planning and other legal services. John is a graduate of The Ohio State University and of Capital University Law School. His thirty plus years of legal practice has concentrated in the areas of personal estate planning and special needs estate planning.

John has been a member of Huntington National Bank’s Trust Department and affiliated with the estate and business planning departments of Midland Mutual Life Insurance Company in Columbus, Ohio and the John Hancock Life Insurance Company helping agents and their clients with their estate and business plans. 

He has conducted seminars on various estate planning topics throughout the State of Ohio and even nationally for such organizations as American Electric Power, Battelle Memorial Institute, OCLC, and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Planners.

His interests include reading, Ohio State football, and music. He has served as a Cub Master, Chair of his Church’s Festival, and High School Band Booster President. He is currently a member of the Dublin Wind Symphony.  John lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife, Mona, and their three children.

Lorri M. Posani

Lorri received her bachelor’s degree from Capital University, graduated cum laude from Capital University Law School and was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2006.  While in law school Lorri took courses specifically designed to prepare her for a career in estate planning.  She was named the first Metcalf Merit Scholar for her interest and course work in the area of estate planning.  Lorri wants to help individuals and families plan for the future and achieve their goals in preserving their estate for their families and passing their wealth to others.  Her practice has focused on personal estate planning and probate administration.  In 2014, Lorri was named an Ohio Rising Star by Super Lawyers. 

Lorri is a native of Columbus and enjoys attending Ohio State football games and Xavier University basketball games.  She also likes to travel, read, scrapbook and see live theatre productions.  Lorri plays trumpet in the Dublin Wind Symphony and is very involved in her church as a member and leader of several parish organizations.
