estate & trust administration and Probate
Many people are unsure what steps to take after someone has died. We can help you navigate the probate court system and advise you on what needs to be done to settle a loved one's estate. We have worked in probate courts all throughout the state of Ohio, but primarily in central and western Ohio. We can also advise you on administering a trust after someone has passed away.
Special Needs planning
Members of your family who have disabilities because of an accident, illness or age often need specialized planning to meet their living needs while maintaining their government benefits. We can advise you as to your options and work with you to complete a plan for that special family member.
